SoHo’s unparalleled approach to outdoor concessions reflects CEO Damon D’Arienzo’s passion for the industry.  With over 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, and the production of hundreds of events under management, Damon recognized a need in the festival marketplace for a truly turnkey concessions solution.   Coupling top-tier production with attentive service, SoHo was created to fill that gap.

Rob Fisher

Rob brings decades of experience within the festival and facility food & beverage industry to SoHo Concessions. In his previous 18 years of working with leaders in the concessions space, he honed his skill for developing new business and improving venue operations.

Brad Doyle

Brad has always been passionate about food & beverage. With a career of 25 years in the industry, Brad’s experience includes opening dozens of high-volume restaurants, design & management of music venues, food and beverage programs for some of the nation’s largest music festivals, and work to boost product sales, empower staff, control inventory and collect valuable data for future events.

Erica Palefsky

With 10 years of hospitality experience, Erica has brought her knowledge and love of the food industry into her work at SoHo. For 4 years and counting Erica has worked with the company to grow vendor and staff relationships and improve festival goers experiences across the board.

Mark Lord

With 20 years of experience in the music festival business, Mark Lord has been a key player in the successful operation and overall logistics of live events. His vast knowledge and attention for detail translates into a seamless execution of events of any size.

Sabine Dordick

Sabine has been with SoHo since the 2019 season. She is the departmental administrative assistant, and has enjoyed learning the live events business with the team at SoHo.
